Parkville Pen is owned and operated by Dennis and Madelyn Bowden.
Why the Lady Justice? Dennis is an attorney who was employed as a
Public Defender and continues to represent the indigent through
appointments as a Special Public Defender. Dennis' interest in fine
writing instruments goes back many years and this site is an extension
of that interest. It is his desire to offer quality writing instruments at fair
prices.
