Shipping
All orders, other than "Free Shipping" Specials, will be sent by U.S. Priority Mail.
Only actual postage will be charged, generally $3.85 for a single pen. Insurance is
at the customers option and costs an additional $1.30 for $50 coverage, $2.20 for
$100 coverage and $3.20 for $200 coverage.
